Colorado Building & “Touch of Grace”
“Touch of Grace” is a new antique mall and art gallery. It is located at 115 West Main Street in Florence, Colorado – right in the middle of a town known for its antique business – a little town that developed when the west was still very wild.
Our building was originally built in 1901. Over the years it housed many different businesses – the last of which was a video rental store which closed late in 2007. The property had fallen into disrepair and was in need of much work when we purchased it in the Fall of 2008. We have completed most of the renovation on the apartment in the rear of the building and are currently living there. It is located in the rear of the business (see ‘Colorado Apartment’ page).
We have now completed the work of renovating the business portion of the building. We opened the business on Thursday, September 17th. It is a business that will support us so that we can live here in Florence and plant The Summit Church.
So – after nearly a year of working on this project – here are the pictures that so many of you have been asking for.
